With this, I assume that the scrolling is going on from the beginning, but the only visual indication of it is the pulsating (or rapid blinking) of the LM logo. When the 'LM' logo first shows up on the screen, it pulses very rapidly, and if left for awhile, scrolling starts. I have recently installed LM 17, 32bit and have a problem with scrolling at startup.
